Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is a painting gorge in northern Arizona carved by the Colorado river over a six million year period. It stretches for 277 miles. The Grand Canyon National Park is one of the first national garden in the America. The Colorado river stretches from the Rocky Mountains to the Gulf of California but because of the intensive use it has desiccated and it doesn't reach the sea anymore.
