Lijiang

Lijiang is located 160 kilometres far from Dali. The new part is an anonymous centre characterized by a modern life style, but the old part is really cool: narrow and wiggly cobbled streets Lijiang, water canals, wood typical houses Lijiang and hundreds of shop selling souvenirs and food. Getting lost is quite easy but it is a funny game to play if you have time and want to discover the most hidden spots of the city. Here there are images of the old centre and of the Nakhi (or Naxi women) population, an ethnic group coming from Tibet.
