Portovenere

Portovenere is a seaside village reachable from La Spezia, one of the main town in Liguria close to Tuscany borders. It is a characteristic fisherman hamlet with narrow alleys, coloured houses and a white-black striped church at the top of a rock cape. Just in front of Portovenere there is the Palmaria island which is a natural protected area.
