Waiotapu

Waiotapu is a Maori hamlet close to Rotorua where it is possible to see how the Maori lived and taste their typical food such as cereals and potato cooker underground. This is also a puddle where the activity is particularly showy: you can see the highest geyser in New Zealand called "Lady Knox" that rises 20 meters high.
