anemone hortensis

The anemone hortensis is in the family of ranunculaceae. It is diffused in the Mediterranean forest area. It has a crown of blue-purplish fragrant flowers. It grows both in arid field and in fertile soils. Because of the shape of its corolla it could be mistakenly included in the family of asteraceae.
