angelica

The angelica is a white flower plants which is put in vase or in a bed to decorate a garden. Flowers are very small and joined in little bunches. It belongs to the family of Apiaceae or Umbelliferae which includes also foeniculum vulgare. In Japan a peculiar variety, the angelica keiskei is cultivated and eaten as food.
