Here there are bees of the family Apidae that have hairy body. These insects live in social colonies whose main activity is the production of candy. They use a sting as defence device. There are also images of a hive and of the frames used to collect candy. All the bees living in a colony are governed by a queen bee. Their society is divided into workers, explorers and collectors.
