This category contains photos of cupolas, that is domes built at the top of churches. In Rome there are so many churches that looking at the panorama you can see hundreds of domes among the buildings. The most famous is church Saint Peter, the last work of Michelangelo: it is 43 meters wide and 136 meters high.
