desert Mexico

Mexico means also desert: in contrast with the tropical forest wild nature the desert occupies wide regions of the country. Here the arid landscape is broken just by few cactaceae plants. The desert areas are located in the states of Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Coahuila and Nuevo Leon; the city of Monterrey is located in the middle of Mexico's desert region.
