This image collection shows views of Bucharest Communist buildings with grey forefronts, of the Orthodox Patriahala cathedral, of the bell tower and of the Intercontinental hotel from where the army shot on the rebelling crowd during Ceausescu tyranny. His government lasted from 1965 to shortly before 1989 when he was executed.
