Female duck are recognizable by their feather that are mostly brown. It is interesting to know that only the female of most dabbling duck "quack" producing different sounds according to the message. These duck are named mallard: They are diffused all over the world and are often migratory birds, for instance in America they fly towards Mexico in winter.
