The fig tree, or common fig or ficus carica, is a trees in the family of moraceae trees typical of south-western Asia and the eastern Europe. It grows to 3-10 meters high, it has deciduous leaves with three-five lobes; the fruit is green or purple outside with pinkish pulp and small seeds.
