The burning gas of this house types housewares is methane; methane and oxygen create a bluish flames. Using a knob you can make the fire more or less strong. During the burn a flames can reach different temperatures: red flames have a temperature of about 600 to 800 degrees Celsius, bluish flames reach 1400 degrees Celsius.
