The gastropods, gasteropods, or univalves, are the largest class of shells. They have a well-defined head with two or four sensory tentacles, and a ventral foot, from which they take their name. Here there are white and brown specimens. Walking on a Tonga with beach Pangaimotu it is simple to find many shells laying on the sandy beach.
