The grape is the fruit of vitis. It grows in bunches formed by small, round acinus. Berries can be white-greenish, or red-purplish. It ripens in late summer, from September to October: after the harvest it is squashed and put in cask to ferment. After a few months the wine is ready to be drinks: according to the species, the climate and the soil the produced wine is different. In the category you can see the row vitis.
