Danielle, a person that knows to be photographed is less natural. On the other hand, if you photograph somebody, you should ask it before for privacy reasons. Well, the best is if the person doesn't care and even doesn't notice you.

i'm 18 yrs old and trying to figure out what i wanted to do. I've always been interested in photography and i had a question... do you always ask the person whose photograph your taking or do you just take it and hope they dont care. Thanks, danielle
