In Bucharest historical center there are tumble-down houses but also rich buildings in neoclassic style decorated with sculpture. A restoration program has now started to improve the image of the capital and improve the tourism. There is an image of the Patriamiei Palatul and of the White church. Also images of downtown Bucharest are available; you can smell the life of the city from the modern and tall buildings.
