Ice creams are mostly appreciated in summer when the hot sun warm your body and make you desire something fresh. Ice lollies and shaved ices are made from frozen flavoured water; ice creams have a more complex preparation since they need of milk, cream, fruit, nuts, sometimes vegetarian, chocolate sweet and other ingredients. The most curious picture in the category is the Japanese kaki gori, a sort of shaved ice flavoured with green tea syrup and sweet soya vegetarian.
