The lentisk or pistacia lentiscus is an evergreen plants or small tree belonging to the family of anacardiaceae trees; it is typical of the Europe. It is also named mastic because of the pine resin obtained making cuts in the bark: originally it is liquid, when sunrise dried it become a pine resin that gets gummy if chewed.
