A lichen is a thallophytic plant of the division Lichenes; It grows on trees trunks and country rocks resembling a crusty or bushy patch. The colour turns from green to yellow, grey and silver. It is quite common to find lichens on wall country: many of these images are snapped during trips in the Liguria country.
