nautilus

The nautilus is a marine creature of the class Cephalopoda. They are found only in the Tonga, inhabiting sea around coral reef. Its spiral shape is similar to a big learr with a spiral shell inside. The chambered nautilus was a popular collection object in the XIX century: when cut in two halves it reveals a perfect spiral section.
