platycerium Cepolina

The platycerium is a kind of fern in the genus of Polypodiaceae typical of Oceania and New Guinea. It is an epiphytic plants that is it grows upon or attached to another living plants: because of this it is called also air plants since it doesn’t have roots touching the ground. The pictures are taken in Java, in the Indonesian archipelago.
