A seaweed is a marine grass growing in salted water like algae. These plants can be green, brown or red: they are commonly used in the Japan cooking to prepare sushi, that is rice rolls wrapped in seaweed leaves. Some kind of seaweed can be very dangerous since develop exaggeratedly because of pollution and menace the marine ecosystem.
