skyline Hong Kong Cepolina

Here there are images of the beautiful Hong Kong skyline taken from Hong Kong Island and from Kowloon. These two areas of the city are separated by a short sea strait which can be crossed by boat or by train. The view is impressive and if you like you can have a look also at the famous skyline New York. As you can see in the pictures, taken in August 2009, the area facing the sea, in the district of Admiralty, is occupied by a building yards. Hong Kong arts and Exhibition Center, in Wan Chai district, is easily recognizable by its bird-like shape. Kowloon is crossed from north to south by Nathan road, whose last part is named Golden Mile for the luxurious and expensive shopping malls, restaurants and hotels. Another Kowloon district is Mong Kok which has the aspect of a jungle of concrete skyscrapers Hong Kong: when you get out of the train station and look around you are surrounded by a chaotic mess of high buildings, signs, rushing people and cars. In the northern part of Mong Kok it is interesting to visit the Ladies' market, full of cheap clothes, the flower market, which is easy to find for the fragrance diffused in the air and the birds market, situated in Yuen Po street, where bamboo and wooden cages host many varieties of birds. Mong Kok is also the best place if you want to get some electronic stuff.
