A steinbock or Alpine ibex is a type of wild mountain goat with large recurved horns. Here there are several specimens snapped in the Alps. Being an excellent climber it lives in country rocks quite places in sheep flock. In the past it was considered a magic animals, in fact it was chased for parts of the body that were traditionally believed to heal various illnesses.
