Swordfishes are large, highly migratory, predatory fishes characterized by a long, flat bill. Swordfishes are elongate, round-bodied. Adults specimens lack teeth and scales. They are considered delicious food whose meat is eaten as a steak. Here there is a glass swordfish made in Venice where the art of working glass is highly developed in the island of Murano.
