Saint Peter's basilica is located in the City of Vatican, an enclave where the Pope lives and governs. It is the most famous church in the world; according to the legend it contains Saint Peter's tomb, who was the first Bishop of Rome, so many Popes are buried here. The cupola was realize by Michelangelo. In the middle of the square there is an obelisk. Every Sunday the Pope show himself from a window for the homily.
